Founded in 1861 by Matthew Vassar and located in Poughkeepsie, NY Vassar College is a private liberal arts college. Vassar College is one of the historic Seven Sisters, the first elite women's colleges in the U.S. The Vassar campus comprises over 1,000 acres and more than 100 buildings, including two National Historic Landmark and an additional National Historic Place.

Project details: Wet suit restoration system was used to make a failing EPDM Single-Ply roof last longer. Pressure wash the entire building, repair all failing seams, install all-new drainage valleys including structural decking and plumbing. Primer and allow to cure as per manufacturer spec’s, spray.
